1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon flour
nutmeg
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks.Add sugar, salt and flour.
- Scald milk and butter.
- Pour into sugar mixture.
- Beat egg whites fold into mixture.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
