4 1/2 cups grated cabbage

1/4 tbsp. dill pickle vinegar

1 tsp. salt (or to taste)

4 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients except cabbage to make dressing. Add dressing to cabbage and stir well. Refrigerate and serve cold. Best made several hours in advance to allow flavors to blend.
