Steak, Chicken or Pork Marinade

Ingredients:FOR BEEF AND STEAKS
1/2 cup ketchup
2/3 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup red wine or purple grape juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
FOR CHICKEN OR PORK
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup white wine or white grape juice
Cooking Directions:Mix ingredients for each marinade.
Use mixture to marinate steaks, chicken or pork for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator
