Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat, trimmed
1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes,
undrained
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup cubed potatoes (1/2-inch cubes)
1
cup frozen cut green beans
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 pkg slow cooker
vegetable beef soup seasoning mix
3 cups water
Directions:
1. Place meat and vegetables in slow cooker.
2. Mix seasoning mix and water together until blended. Pour over meat and
vegetables. Cover and cook 8 hours on LOW. Stir well before serving.
Yield: 8 servings
