Blueberry Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
12 ounces frozen blueberries or 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
8 ounces vanilla low fat yogurt
1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.
